Corrugated tubes heat exchangers

Turbulence is the main factor in thermal transfer. HRS has designed different geometries to increase thermal efficiency in tubular heat exchangers by means of corrugation, both inner and outer tubes.

This innovation has the following benefits:

1. Reduces thermal treatment time in food applications.
2. Reduces the product volume contained in the heat exchanger.
3. Reduces fouling.
4. Reduces the heat exchanger volume and weight.
